The program aims to assist leaders in identifying the right strategies for driving positive changes and improvements in their respective organizations. It encompasses leadership competency development, governance and management improvement plans, human resource development plans, as well as mentorship.

This program will embrace various critical aspects, commencing with in-depth leadership competency development, providing a solid foundation for leaders to fulfill their critical roles. Subsequently, through governance and management improvement plans, the project will help steer organizations towards a more organized and efficient path.

SUSTAIN Program

NAMA Integrated Center for Excellence (NICE Indonesia) stands as a social enterprise institution dedicated to capacity building in the fields of education and the third sector. NICE’s mission is to strengthen communities and organizations through capacity development in fund management, the creation of impactful programs, and human development services to realize a better Indonesia. One of NICE Indonesia’s programs for enhancing third-sector capacity is the SUSTAIN Program.

For many third-sector organizations, financial viability and sustainability are crucial factors. However, newly established third-sector organizations often lack confidence in the security of their financial streams. Uncertainties about future income are inevitable. Therefore, this program aims to empower third-sector organizations with the knowledge and tools to build financial sustainability within their entities. In this program, participants will comprehend the value, role, and contributions of consultants in empowering the financial sustainability of civil society organizations in their respective countries. They will also understand the core process of financial sustainability consultancy, best practices, and the qualities of stable and assured financial sustainability.

FinManage Program

The Financial Management (FinMANAGE) program is a capacity-building initiative designed to assist selected partners in the Third Sector in managing finances in accordance with best practice standards. The FinMANAGE approach will develop NAMA/NICE affiliates with financial backgrounds into financial management coaches for Third Sector organizations through enhanced financial management capacity building.

Up Skill Program

The Upskill Program is an initiative designed with the primary goal of enhancing the quality of Human Resources (HR) across various institutions and organizations. With a sharp focus on improving individual competencies and skills, this program provides opportunities for members to hone their abilities in various relevant fields.

Through a series of training, coaching, and development sessions, the Upskill program serves as a robust catalyst to boost the productivity and effectiveness of institution or organization members. By granting access to new knowledge, technological advancements, and current trends, the program aids participants in pursuing excellence in their performance while adapting to the evolving demands of change.

Social Loan Program

The Social Loan Program is a thoughtfully designed initiative aimed at providing assistance to selected Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) as part of the NAMA network in Indonesia, Tanzania, and Kyrgyzstan. The main objective of this project is to help these CSOs achieve financial sustainability by diversifying their income.

Under the framework of this project, loans will be disbursed to selected CSOs from NAMA through collaboration with chosen implementing partners. Interestingly, these loans will be provided with a zero-interest repayment mechanism (Qard Hasan), demonstrating a genuine commitment to supporting the success of the engaged CSOs.
