Country Programs Lead – Indonesia
As our Indonesia Programs Lead, you will be a passionate leader for community resilience and the primary driver of our growth in the country. Your role is to secure new partnerships and funding to scale our impact. You will lead business development efforts, ensuring that key stakeholders, donors, and development organizations know about NICE’s solutions, while also overseeing the successful design and delivery of our programs in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the full business development cycle in Indonesia, from identifying new funding and partnership opportunities to securing them. This includes market analysis, lead generation, and proactive outreach.
2. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners, including CSOs, government bodies, and corporate foundations. Track and respond to RFPs, and lead the development of winning proposals and high quality budgets.
3. Work with partners to co-design and launch effective programs in Climate Resilience and Financial Inclusion that meet both impact goals and partner needs.
4. Delight our partners with quality, timely execution of program deliverables and a truly collaborative approach.
5. Represent NICE Global Impact at a senior level to national and local government agencies, donors, and other key stakeholders, positioning NICE as a leader in the sector.
6. Manage the NICE Global Indonesia program team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and impact.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Impact: Measured improvements in community resilience, behavioral change, and sustainability as per program goals.
2. Business Development: Value of new funding secured and strategic partnerships established.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- 7+ years of experience with a strong focus on business development, strategic partnerships, or fundraising within a social enterprise, INGO, or international development organization.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets, with demonstrated success in securing funding, building strategic partnerships, and writing winning proposals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proven experience in co-developing ideas with partners, strong workshop facilitation skills, and experience in human-centered design approaches.
- Demonstrable team management experience, including strong intercultural sensitivity and a passion for unleashing the potential of your colleagues.
- Strong project management experience, including reporting and budgeting for international donors.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated self-management, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is strongly preferred.
- Experience living and working in Indonesia is highly desirable.
