KSA Partnership Lead

As a KSA Partnership Lead, you will be a key strategic partner to our leadership team in the Saudi Arabia, providing unparalleled access to your network of key decision makers within philanthropic and impact oriented funding institutions. This is not a hands on business development role. Instead, you will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep relationships and market intelligence to position our work, reinforce our credibility, and facilitate critical introductions that move our strategic partnerships forward. You will also play a direct and influential role in guiding the final stages of the negotiation process to ensure successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship and Access Facilitation: Actively leverage your existing network to open doors and secure high-level meetings with decision-makers at target philanthropic, family office, and institutional funding bodies.
2. Strategic Market Intelligence: Provide insightful analysis and continuous intelligence on the philanthropic and funding landscape in your specific country/region. You will identify emerging trends, new funding opportunities, and the strategic priorities of key institutions.

3. Credibility and Trust Reinforcement: Utilize your personal reputation and long-standing relationships to reinforce the credibility of our mission and business development efforts, building on a foundation of existing trust to help move relationships towards formal contracts.
4. Strategic Positioning: Work closely with the Saudi Arabian Partnerships Manager and Global Partnerships Director to develop effective strategies for positioning our work and proposals to resonate with the specific interests and goals of potential partners. Influence and Facilitate Deal Closure: Provide strategic counsel during the final stages of negotiations. Your insights and influence will be crucial in overcoming obstacles, ensuring alignment between parties, and driving deals to a successful close.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Number of Qualified Introductions: Measure the number of new, high-quality introductions to decision-makers that result in a first meeting for the business development team.
Quality of Access: Assess the seniority and relevance of the individuals you successfully introduce.
2. Strategic Influence on Deal Closure:
Value of Closed Deals: Track the total value of partnerships where your strategic input or direct intervention was a key factor in securing the final agreement.
3. Closing Rate of Key Opportunities: Measure the success rate of converting targeted, high-priority philanthropic leads into closed deals with your guidance.
Market Intelligence & Positioning:
Value of Strategic Insights: Evaluate how your market intelligence and advice directly contribute to refining our approach and securing new opportunities.
4. Effectiveness of Positioning: Measure the extent to which your guidance helps align our proposals with the interests of our target partners.
